DISCOVER THE DETAILS
Historical objects often sit behind glass, limiting how closely visitors can engage with them.
Artifacts that star in the stories are implemented as additional unlockable achievements to create moments of discovery, allowing guests to examine history from new perspectives.
earn badges, make history
Exploration feels more meaningful when discovery is recognized. The achievement system encouraged visitors to engage more deeply with Yorktown while creating a lasting connection to the experience beyond their visit.
outcome
Great historical experiences do more than present information. They create a sense of connection.
This concept reimagined Yorktown as a living story, encouraging visitors to explore, discover, and engage with history in a way that felt both educational and deeply personal.
